About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Technician to join our team at Lismore Toyota. As an Apprentice Technician, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced technicians in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, from Toyota and MG models to other makes and models. This is a full-time position, providing you with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and work towards your automotive trade qualification.

What you'll be doing
- Assist experienced technicians with vehicle maintenance and repairs, including servicing, diagnostics, and component replacements
- Learn and apply technical skills to safely and efficiently complete a variety of automotive tasks
- Participate in training and mentoring to develop your expertise in the automotive industry
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to protect yourself and others

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail
